I am grateful and honoured that the dissertation work undertaken with my colleague Alessia Tramontina has been awarded, as expression of passion and dedication that I feel towards architecture, innovation and research of sustainable solutions to preserve the built environment. I therefore thank the Foundation, in particular Daniela and Giannino, for the opportunity that has been given to me and that will surely permit me to nourish my interests and follow my dreams with the same courage and determination that distinguished Marco and Gloria in their carriers. I am proud to be part of this beautiful initiative, which contributes in a significant way towards the education of a young graduate, transforming a sad event in an unforgettable memory.
